Department Mission

Austin Capital Delivery Services (ACDS) manages and oversees the implementation of various capital improvement projects across the city and optimizes project delivery through partnerships to foster an equitable and sustainable community. ACDS supervises 528 projects across 20 city departments. Those projects include essential infrastructure like roads and water systems, as well as community-focused facilities such as fire stations and community centers.
