Department Mission

The Mission of the Fleet Mobility Services Department is to provide safe and reliable mobility solutions in a timely, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible manner to ensure the continuity of city services to our citizens.

Department Goals

Strive to keep City vehicles operational and available at all times.
Strive to achieve and maintain on-time completion for preventive maintenance on City vehicles.
Convert and optimize the City fleet to maximize sustainability and efficiency.
Maximize the fleet's ratio of alternative fuel to traditional fuel issued.
Minimize cost per mile for City Fleet.
