  1. Overall employee job satisfaction in the City's annual Listening to the Workforce (LTW) survey
  2. Percent of PWD CIP projects in the right-of-way coordinated across departments and partnering agencies/municipalities.
  3. Percent of lane miles in the City's street inventory in fair to excellent condition
  4. Percent of major bridges in good to excellent condition
  5. Percent of urban trail network completed
  6. Percent variance between actual and budgeted expense
  7. Percentage of existing sidewalks that are functionally acceptable
