Average length of stay for dogs with behavioral challenges
Measure Description
This KPI will measure the average length of stay for all dogs in the care of Austin Animal Services. This will include animals in shelter and those that are in foster before they reach some sort of outcome, which may include adoption, transfer, died in care, missing or euthanasia.
