Percent of quasijudicial cases escalated within reporting period and have met compliance
Measure Description
The percentage of quasi-judicial cases that were escalated within the reporting period and have met compliance. Escalated cases are those that have been assigned a hearing date through the Building Standards Commission or the Administrative Hearing processes or have paid a mailed-in penalty. The reporting period is 90 days. This does not include hearings through Municipal/District Courts, as these courts set their own hearing dates.
