Measure Description
Percentage of Priority 1 calls responded to within 9:59 minutes or less in the City of Austin. Priority 1 calls have the biggest potential to be life threatening based on information received from the party calling 911. An example is cardiac arrest, where CPR and defibrillation are proven to improve patient outcome.
