Percent of emergency incidents where amount of time between call receipt and arrival of AFD unit is 8 minutes or less
Measure Description
Overall AFD response time to emergency calls from the public, from call receipt at the AFD or EMS dispatch centers to arrival of the first AFD frontline unit. Limited to AFD emergency responses (lights and sirens) in the AFD service area. Excludes calls for assistance from law enforcement agencies.
