Performance Measures

Measures the ability of the Department to maintain staffing levels of sworn positions. Keeping sworn positions fully staffed will aid in minimizing overtime costs. The ability to maintain staffing levels is affected by the pace of employee retirements and resignations; the scheduling of recruiting, hiring, and cadet training; and the allocation of uniformed personnel between operations and staff positions.
