Percent of newly diagnosed HIV patients linked to HIV-related medical care
Measure Description
Every HIV positive patient in the Austin/Travis County area is reported to the APH Communicable Disease Unit, and the goal is that 90% of HIV+ individuals who are successfully notified of their test results will be linked to medical care and/or medical case management services
