Ratio of cases terminated to cases filed
Measure Description
The total number of terminated cases as a percentage of the total number of cases filed.
FY24 and FY25 KPI measures were updated to reflect current operational processes. Previous measures were based on outdated functions, which resulted in inconsistent performance reporting. As a result, historical comparisons may not be directly comparable, and current results should be evaluated using the revised KPI methodology.
