Percentage of employment cases resolved within 180 days
Measure Description
Housing discrimination complaints filed during the fiscal year. OCRs cooperative agreement with HUD defines its roles and responsibilities, including performance goals for case resolutions, intakes and outreach. While adjustments can be made if goals are not met, the HUD determines funding availability.
