Measure:
Percent of CIP Project funds invested compared to planned spending via CIP Budget
Measure Description
The measure tracks actual CIP spending expended during the fiscal year as a percentage of the CIP budgeted for that year. CIP spending affects both the issuance of debt and transfers of current revenue to CIP, thus impacting rates, so it is important to try to spend CIP money as budgeted.
