eAccess credentials now requires a new PIN. Your new PIN must be exactly 6 characters/digits long and adhere to all of the following requirements:
-At least 1 upper case alpha character
-At least 1 lower case alpha character
-Must utilize at least 1 of the following symbols: !@#$%^*-_
-At least 1 numeric digit (0 to 9)
If you have attempted to change your PIN three or more times unsuccessfully, you will be locked out of the system. Please wait at least five minutes before trying again.
If you are still having trouble, you can login to the City's Intranet HR Portal and click on 'Forgot PIN'; otherwise please call the CTM Helpdesk for assistance at 512-974-4357.
