Purpose: | |||
Under general supervision, responsible for coordination and oversight of Austin Energy’s compliance activities related to energy efficiency and related programs within Customer Energy Solutions (CES). Leads the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of processes that support quality and compliance to local, state, and federal regulations.

Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business, Public Administration, or in a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in the energy or electric utility industries, specifically related to quality assurance, compliance, or regulation. Experience may be substituted for education up to a maximum of four (4) years. |
