| Purpose: |

Under close supervision, this position works in conjunction with other clerical and administrative personnel to perform a variety of routine clerical duties for the Municipal Court following established policies and procedures. |
| Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: |

Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
- Enters traffic, parking, and criminal misdemeanor cases into computer system.
- Operates computer to retrieve case and defendant information and/or update defendant address.
- Greets visitors and directs general public to appropriate area. Answers telephone and handles routine questions. from the general public, routing calls or taking messages as needed.
- Responds to record requests, including certifying documents.
- Records data on appropriate form/log.
- Verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
- Distributes materials.

| Minimum Qualifications: |

Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent plus one (1) year of general clerical or secretarial experience. |
