| Purpose: |

Working under general direction of a Division Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the operations of the assigned court division and acts as the Division Manager in that person’s absence. |
| Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: |
| |
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
- Assists in directing court operations.
- Researches, develops and recommends a variety of programs, projects, and activities.
- Collaborates with other divisions to improve existing services.
- Assists in the development, documentation, maintenance, and compliance of division operating policies and procedures.
- Researches, analyzes, documents, defines, and coordinates division performance measures and other data for trends, relevance, and accuracy.
- Makes presentations.
- Advises staff and/or public on policies, procedures and issues.
- Conducts investigations of complaints and prepares reports and/or recommendations.
- Prepares administrative procedures, performance reports, forms and technical documents.
- Develops and/or delivers training.
- Participates in the development and preparation of the budget, business plans, and forecasts.
- Assists in writing and monitoring contracts and expenditures.

| Minimum Qualifications: |
| |
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related field, two (2) of which were in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience may substitute for Education up to the maximum of four (4) years.
