Purpose: | |||
Under limited direction, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining, coordinating, and managing programs that directs processes and practices designed to evaluate and improve the quality of healthcare services delivered by organizations serving under the City of Austin EMS System. |

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | |||
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to the job, with at least sixty (60) college semester hours in relevant course work, plus five (5) years of experience related to the job, including one (1) year of experience which was in developing and facilitating a comprehensive quality improvement program in an EMS or medical environment. |

Licenses and Certifications Required: | |||
Texas Class C Operator's License. |
