Purpose: |

Under general supervision, schedule maintenance on light duty vehicles. |
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: |
|
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
- Manage maintenance schedule for light duty equipment i.e. pickups, sedans, service bodies, and etc.
- Track downtime and coordinate unscheduled maintenance on vehicles.
- Schedule regular maintenance.
- General office duties, as assigned.
- Transport vehicles to, and from the appropriate service center

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: |
|
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
- Ability to follow oral and written directives.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers and service center personnel.
- Ability to operate a computer, including knowledge of databases and E-mail.

Minimum Qualifications: |
|
- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus one (1) year experience in a field related to the job.

Licenses and Certifications Required: |
|
- Appropriate Texas Drivers License.
- If required must obtain an appropriate Commercial Drivers License (CDL) within ninety (90) days of employment with the City.
