Purpose: | |||
This position will act as a consultant in information technology controls, design, effectiveness, management and monitoring for CTM Service groups related to technology and human resource succession, department wide and interdepartmental service quality, and customer relationships. | |||
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned. 1. Defines and executes technology and human capital succession, service quality and customer relationship management. strategies across the organization 2. Identifies liabilities to the department’s operations, goals and objectives 3. Develops, implements, communicates and continually monitors solutions to service interruption exposure and position succession deficiencies 4. Coordinates with auditors and corporate continuity strategies 5. Develops, implements, communicates and continually monitors a quality management system in accordance with industry standards and deliverables 6. Develops, implements, communicates and continually monitors standards of customer relationships 7. Provides analysis reports to senior management 8. Identifies reporting tools related to the support of position responsibilities |

Responsible for the full range of supervisory activities including selection, training, evaluation, counseling, and recommendation for dismissal | |||
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | |||
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed. Knowledge of information technology processes and controls. |

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to information science or computer field, plus five (5) years related experience of which two (2) years were in organizational development A Master’s degree may substitute for two (2) years of the non-supervisory experience. |

Licenses and Certifications Required: | |||
Valid Texas Driver’s License |
