Purpose: | |||
Under general direction, coordinates the installation, maintenance, or repair on one or more building systems (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) for City buildings. |

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: | |||

May provide leadership and/or supervision to assigned employees or project management. |

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | |||
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to the job plus five (5) years experience, including two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity. |

Licenses and Certifications Required: | |||
May requrie an electrical, HVAC, or plumbing license. |
