Purpose: | |||
Under general supervision, provide technical assistance in planning for convention services for scheduled events in a public assembly/event facility. The convention services would include utilities, security, IT, parking, etc. |

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | |||
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed. Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods (utility). Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunication equipment (utility). Knowledge of security practices and procedures (security).

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Liberal Arts or related field plus one (1) year of relevant work experience. Experience may substitute for education up to the maximum of four (4) years. |
