Purpose:
 

Obtains payment for services by collecting fees for events and non-events.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
  Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
  1. Collects payments by accepting cash, making change for cash customers.
  2. Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
  3. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  4. Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  5. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
  • Ability to make change for cash accurately.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of customers.
  • Skill in providing customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
