Purpose: | |||
Under limited supervision using independent judgment, perform work and provide leadership and advanced technical expertise, as the designated Responsible Master Plumber, to plumbing personnel in plumbing maintenance and repair in City-owned facilities. |

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | |||
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus five (5) years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures and systems including gas, water, and steam systems, including one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity. |

Licenses and Certifications Required: | |||

Physical Requirements: | |||
Moderate. Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, or using a force equal to lifting up to fifty (50) pounds. |
