Purpose: | |||
Under minimal supervision, this position performs responsible and professional work coordinating various medium-to-large or complex capital improvement engineering and architectural projects, and trains and serves as team leader/supervisor of various projects. Serves as liaison with contractors, consultants, and departments. |

Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture, or construction science, plus eight (8) years of experience in a field related to engineering, architecture, or construction management. OR Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in any field, plus ten (10) years of experience in a field related to engineering, architecture, or construction management. |
