The following list of approved backflow prevention assembly models is arranged alphabetically, but can be searched by manufacturer, type, size, and/or description. The assemblies listed below have been listed as approved by the University of Southern California Foundation for Cross Connection Control and Hydraulic Research.

Refer to the Hazard List and Table 603.2 "Backflow Prevention Devices, Assemblies and Methods" from the current adopted city plumbing code to determine the hazard level indicated and the backflow prevention assembly type that would be required.
